Journalists want FL autopsy law tossed

After racer Dale Earnhardt died at the Daytona 500, Florida passed a law prohibiting release of autopsy photos to the public. Now, journalist groups have filed a brief asking the law to be set aside. [The sponsor of that legislation, State Senator Jim King, publicly condemned, stating that we likely intended to make baseball cards out of the photos.]
